Some highlights of the day were: Thomas Wiig bench pressing a weight of 145kg’s and Reiss Jacobsen running the 3000m while throwing up at the same time!! (his time was one of the best in the competition). We had a good effort yesterday against MS and hope for the same tomorrow vs Lørenskog.
Thanks again for all the support so far this season that we’ve got from the supporters and the sponsors…as I always say without you there will be no team in Trondheim.

It was a great day here in Oslo as we took part in the Ironman competition with the other Get-Ligaen teams. The effort the guys gave was really something to be proud of as all the hard work they gave this summer certainly showed. At the time of me writing this we are unsure of how we placed against the other teams but as I said, we did an outstanding job.
